Growth path: keep it simple Just don't forget that if Apple can follow the rate of world wide computer industry growth in the next 5 years, this will explain by itself a PER of 30. So you have - the current more powerful processors, - the current more powerful laptops (and for a while) - a very sexy OS (which will be configurable with Allegro, and thus more differenciated) - a promising unix-based system that will appeal a lot to traditionally anti-microsoft university and to engineers - a company reorganizing around the client needs and much more focusing on marketing - a charismatic CEO who can do the P.R and has a vision For me it is enough to risk my money. If you want more, ...it will be too late Remember all the people here bought between 13 and 20, when everyone was shouting "Apple is dead", because they felt it was not true. Likewise, they know that Apple won't die, that there are enough reasons to keep the stock (see above) and, bonus, that it has the potential to bring something new.
