.63/.65 Steady as a rock.
My prediction, with any news release we should see a .15 to .25 up-tick.

Ira the envelope PLEASE.

Regards, Fitz

Not many are selling, I agree with Jin, mostly buys. Also, according to freerealtime.com, there hasn't been a trade since 11:17. No selling pressure there.

HG, exactly! If you read the posts over the weekend you can see how LE conveniently forgets to mention the rest of the 4300 series rules that would affect the merger, or how he conveniently forgets that FAMH is currently working on corporate governance(audit, filings, etc) and how they have everything in place even for initial inclusion except for minimum bid price, which IMO, will be taken care of either by the action of the stock alone, or more likely for the near term, the price of the target stock and/or the price of the merged companies. Everything else is in place, net tangible assets, pre-tax income for the recent fiscal year, the size of the float post merger, the number of shareholders post merger, etc, both for the small caps and the national exchange.
Convenient.

Jin.
