Matt. thanks for the "feet on the street" research and analysis. I respect your invesment decision, and Agree with all your statements as it relates to the consumer business. But I ask you two questions. 1) Do you really want CPQ to participate in the sub 1K first time consumer market segment 2) IF yes to above (I happen to disagree but again respect your opinion) then do you think it would be better for CPQ to use Dell/GTW/Micron's internet based direct sale model for consumer segement?? go to www.dell.com or www.gateway.com and pretend to buy a system and you will see what I mean good investing Jason
