I agree -- the higher Firamada's share price, the fewer shares necessary to make the swap. A 2-for-1 swap seems much more attractive than 4-for-1. We probably won't know for sure until the deal is closed and terms are disclosed. Even then, the swap may depend on share price on a certain date or an average share price for a period of time.

No matter what, a higher FAMH share price means more benefit for its shareholders.
