Steve and Freddie, what if the conversion, since the release said "around 4 to 1", was actually a little more at the then current price, since the eps wasn't exactly 4 to 1? Maybe the target company is already trading around the $4 to $5 area, since they could just as easily head for delisting due to lack of revenue( no longer operating a business ) or lack of tangible assets.
