Company To Purchase 1,126,000 Common Shares Through The Vancouver Stock Exchange The Company intends to purchase for investment 10% of its Public Float representing 1,126,000 common shares through the Exchange at market price, pursuant to a Normal Course Issuer Bid. Purchases will be made for a period of one year to March 17, 1999 and commence, on receipt of approval from the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The Company considers that the price for its shares on the VSE does not properly represent true value and that application of funds in the purchase of such shares is a proper and wise investment for the Company.
