Avant has really good technical analysis right now. I think it has a lot of upside potential, so I closed my short and went long and will stay that way until the TA turns against them.

AVNT is in the midst of a new propoganda campaign to help boost the stock price. Many short sellers have come to the conclusion that the street is cognizant of civil liabilities and has built a lot of that risk into the price. Asensio issued a report on the stock after it dipped below 15 pointing this out. It seems that this stock will only be completely broken if a final judgement is made which exceeds current assets and/or criminal convictions for the execs. This is now a dangerous short and could become a momentum stock. I would suggest hedging if you are already short or covering and waiting for a better opportunity. I already covered and will continue watching. I will reshort if Aquarius and/or Apollo ar enjoined and the stock is near 20. Remember, there are now 34 million shares outstanding.
