This is really complicated. I'm reading over some of the SEC docs arcane lore has posted links to. IHIN comes very close to its micro cap fraud profile. I'm still looking for info about a secondary offering. Stock Master suggests KARA traded two days in Feb 98, probably Feb 26 and 27. It was widely known within IHI that they were trying to go public--nobody knew when as near as I can gather. Anything else your friend would care to share about IHI and if stock would be appreciated.
