<I used to believe in the IBM possibility before NT's overwhelming market share put the whole idea to rest. I
see no reason for IBM to acquire Novell absent a dramatic increase in web server market share based on
Netware 5.0 which should show up in 4.11 if it was going to happen. IBM and other suiters will only buy a
company with increasing not decreasing market share prospects>.

I feel that Netware 5.0 is worth companies waiting another 4 months for, and you will see the increasing market share by this fall for NOVL. Additionally, IBM or someone else will be interested in NOVL by this fall-winter period, and that will be when the share price of NOVL could be in the mid- to upper-teens.

The block purchases, I think they are by some analysts that are getting ready to upgrade NOVL shortly. I could be wrong, but I do believe over the next 3 weeks we'll have some positive fireworks going off for NOVL.
