INS to charge $25 for naturalization fingerprint fee, according to a letter to the editor to the NY Times today by an immigration lawyer.

Although this "per click" revenue will go to the government to cover its costs, it provides a baseline for future Sylvan fees, I'd think, which should be that much or higher, since the government is not looking to make a profit.

Looks like SAC has found a second-rate face recognition company to go along with their third rate fingerprint scanner. It's a layered application, so you would think they would need an API. Apparently, they are not HAAPI, or we would have had a press release from NRID.
