Yes Ian, AverMedia & Dazzle use CUBE's single chip encoder.
I have a Dazzle, and yeah I took it apart, CUBE inside.
It is very cool, I cannot say enough how neat this little product is.
I can do ~18 seconds of 1/4 sized video email that takes up about 1Meg.

FutureTel Video I think does also?
