Yes, and that's what is so puzzling. I think these are large positions being unwound that were established in the run from 9 to 11. The fundamentals have changed enough (lawsuit & potential restatement), that they're not so excited about their diamond in the rough any more. Either that or the big boys are getting their ducks in a row for a run back to 9. For example, you don't want to unload the 2 million shares you bought in the feeding frenzy three weeks ago all at once or you might not get rid of them all fast enough. Better to do it in 100K and 240K blocks into a rising tide, otherwise you chase it down just like you chased it up. Once you've unloaded the 2 million you bought three weeks ago, now you start to build your big short for the ride back down. Once everyone's got their positions in place, they'll look around at each other, give a slight nod and then down she goes. That's what I think is going on.

Again, the little guy (me) is getting screwed.
