Based on my experience with another company, I expect the lawsuit is being filed by a large holder (usually institution or investment banker) that feels that management is not doing enough for shareholder value and is maybe seeking to replace some directors. To that extent the other shareholders wouldn't see anything until a special election.

In the other company I had some ownership in the filing worked out pretty well. Management, to fend off the suit, tipped its hand about how it was going to improve things and the suit was withdrawn. The stock then moved about 25% in 3 weeks and 40% in 8 weeks.

So I guess I would like to hear next that the suit is being withdrawn.

My question to you "locals" is in regards to the character of management. Are they good people struggling with a good idea that has some promise? Is management heavily invested?

I bought into this company because I liked its non-electronic tech angle. I trust that DuPont is still invested.
