Good points.....i remember as well that ke said that we could take a hit on this qt. because of ads....he said the payoff usually will take to april may time frame to see results.....I do not like the news and am pissed...BUT....i am willing to wait until the next few qts. play out....i am convinced that they will rebound.....we are not alone in this....cpq, intc, etc...have warned....i think the numbers will not be as bad and ke is trying to be conservative as always....but i am not blind...if i think the fundamentals have change for the worse and they were all alone and nobody else warned i would really be worried....have faith......

"If I'm reading this announcement right, they're projecting a 33% decline in revenues from last quarter" Zakrosian

"One minor correction. The announcement said revenues would be flat but earnings would be down." Murdock

The warning says "Iomega Corporation (NYSE:IOM - news) announced today that it expects its first quarter 1998 revenue will be relatively flat with first quarter 1997 revenue."

IMO this means flat with 97Q1, which would mean a 33.07% decline from last quarter.

Me. I am still waiting for the results of the application for the preliminary injunction in the Nomai litigation.
