A thought about Intel. It seems that if Intel wanted to by CRUS they would run into real difficulty with the FTC. When they wanted to buy CHPS, a 300 million market cap company there was discussion with the anti trust people. If CRUS was taken out I'm sure their market cap would exceed a billion.

If INTC can't buy Crus because of anti trust problems but INTC wants into a business CRUS is involved in, maybe INTC develops it in house and becomes a competitor of CRUS. That would be ugly.
