Jim, you study the technical aspects of stocks so I have a question for you. My interpertation of the 2 year chart is that we are at a junction in the road. The uptrend could be broken if a close below 11.87 is seen and the uptrend will be reconfirmed if a close above 15 is achieved. Today's action suggests(narrow range with decent volume), we are very close to either scenario. Any comments? Thanks in advance.

Say Jim, thanks for the reply- sorry I'm delayed in responding, but I didn't want to do so till I called the company first to hear things from the horse's mouth. Thought you might be interested to hear the conversation. I also threw this up on the AOL TMF board, FWIW. Is this still the company's intention and does everything appear to be on schedule? Quote: "So far, so good." (2) Does the company plan on putting out a press release announcing the completion of the application? Paraphrase: It depends on what the FDA will allow us to do. If we can, we would like to do so. (3) Would that release most likely be made on the day of completion? Paraphrase: Again, that depends on the time line given us by the FDA. (4) When will you have a handle on what the FDA will and will not allow in this regard? Paraphrase: Probably at the time of NDA filing.
