>>> you stated your whole portfolio is worth, ($166,000) I think you quoted. <<<

I don't know where you got that from, not that it matters, but I have a trading account that is currently worth in excess of 200K and an IRA that is worth in excess of 500K

here is a post in which I indicated what some of my positions were a while back.

exchange2000.com

Since that time I have added to the CSGI position and sold the CPQ at $60, BMCS at $75 and EGRP at $27 positions.

Still holding GTW, ORCL, KEA, INTC.

In this month I will be adding CBR and MAST.

I also will be adding some AEOS.

RE: ALYD

I didn't like the activity in the stock and I sold out.

BTW- THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL ALYD WILL SHOW A PROFIT FYE 1997.

I ran the numbers when they released the preliminary Q4 results.

I also think once you combine the International and Domestic businesses, ALYD will show a loss.

Don't you think if this was not the case "slick" Bob would of combined the two and bragged about the profit ?

He did not and in doing so, he showed his hand. I think it is safe to say that ALYD will show revenues of about $11 million FYE 1997 and will show expenses in excess of $16 million.

That would give them a net loss of approx. $5 - $6 Million. (or maybe worse)
