I come up with the .25 book value from my own calculations and also from Co. representitives. From what I have been told this Co. will be reporting the financials very soon. I have seen the 1993,94,95,and 96 balance sheets. I have not recieved 1997s as of yet. You are correct that the 1995 and 96 financials are unaudited. I do not know that the Co. has been saying that they will be reporting for over 2 years. I would agree with you when you say use caution. I would recomend useing caution on any penny stock. I feel this stock is severly undervalued at this time and this is a good buying oppertunity. I guess we will know , as time will tell. I would recomend that everyone do their own DD before investing in this or any other Co.. I have done that and I feel comfortable with my investment. Best Regards > Bugsy <
