Valid questions to Scott Miller for the benefit of all posters:

1) Scott, do you have stock options with GTIS.

2) Scott, do you believe in the littlest bit your following quote may have any legal ramifications: "My prediction is that GTIS will be going up this year, reaching at least the 12's, and 18 months from now over 15."

3) Scott, how long have you been aware of GT's accounting practice of deferring the expensing of royalty payments?

4) Scott, in the past, where in the financial statements of GT Interactive has GT reported the amount of royalty payments being deferred?

5) Scott, can you say with complete certainty that the Duke motion picture will be filmed, produced, and distributed.

6) Scott, whos idea was it to produce a Penthouse level for Duke3D?

7) Scott, were you aware that the Penthouse Duke3D level was downloadable, with a link from GT's home page, with no security measures attached, at all? That any young Humongous fan could have gone to the GT site and downloaded this level without restriction?

8) Scott, if you were not aware of the ease of access to the Penthouse Duke 3D level, how do you now feel about the issue?

9) Scott, what is your opinion of GT's high value of inventory reported for the end of last quarter?

10) Scott, how much of a liability do you feel GT has with their distributed products sitting on the shelves in over 2300 Wal-Mart stores?

11) Scott, what is your opinion of GT selling Midway back their PC game distribution rights?

With the exception of question 4, you have the ability, if you wish, to answer these questions. Some are opinions, thus, those answers will be accepted as such. I believe all posters here would be interested in your response. Thanks in advance.

Buddy

>>>The stock raising or lowering has not interest to me here. I would be crazy to think that I have any influence over the stock via this tiny little SI forum, especially since I'm not providing true insider
information, of which I have none to provide even if I wanted to.>>>

I wish to express my sincere appreciation, once again for your unflappable arrogance. "little SI forum"? Sounds pretty presumptious to me. Unfortunately for you Scott, most folks on here DO CARE about the rise and fall of the stock and almost nothing about your meaningless ramblings.

<<<Of course, Bob will have a clever reply to this message labeling
everything I say a lie, but that's the best Bob can do, and we have to love him for it. ;)>>>

You know Scott, at least you could have the gonads to leave me out of your posts that are not addressed to me. Admit it, you came in here thinking that since you've written the Ten Commandments that you can now part the waters only to find yourself drowning in your own rhetoric.

<<<However, for the record, I have no agenda here other than to provide information to those that have legitimate questions. It's your choice to believe that or not--either way I'm not affected.>>>

Fact #1: 3D Realms IS NOT GT Interactive.

Fact #2: GT Interactive most likely provides 3D Realms with little "inside information".

Fact #3: Any and all future game titles with 3D Realms are for the most part public knowledge and therefore nothing you provide is going to have an impact on the company's stock price.

Fact #4: Posters here are more concerned with Fact #3 than anything about 3D Realms (a non-publicly traded company) that you could possibly provide.

Now pull your pants up and answer Buddy's questions.
