FWIW, this was posted on Yahoo after the close today:

"A very close source has informed me that there is a private bidding going on for Secure Computing. At least two companies have been mentioned. Networking giant Cisco Systems is rumored to be offering as much as $26 /share although nobody at Cisco could confirm or deny this. Cisco has hinted in the past that they want to offer a full service networking solution and Secure Computing would give them
the additional edge."
