Bosco: Usually the Finance dept is tasked with preparing the stats
for a pre-announcement. That knowledge, if known to outsiders, can trigger a sell off.
A pre-announcement can be made anytime Mgmt are not comfortable with the facts and forecast at hand. There are no set rules that I am aware off.

Dear Bosco and all: I dont think its anything like is being posted. I think its just this simple: We are close to the end of the money managers quarter also, they dont know any more than we do but they dont want to risk holding the stock untill they DO now more. So they are selling to protect their gains. Hey, where were all you guys and girls when the stock sunk to 15?? If it goes lower, its a buying opportunity nothing to complain about. It ALWAYS comes back. JDN
