TL, the comparison does not hold, if AWLT shows that their assets are balanced by a $5M expense. The MTCI difficulty was not so much a quid pro quo, as the fact that the $4M asset claim did not account for the additional shares they promised if valuation fell short.

Matthew -- there must be some hidden optimism here if people are expecting to fulfill the $4/share requirement. Or is a reverse split in the works?
