Since the testing procedures (either Johnson process or modified fire assay) are not accepted in the mining industry and Behre Dolbear had no opinion on the effectiveness and reliability of the procedures, nothing was proven by the chain of custody even if it was legitimate.

First nice to see you finally admit the chain of custody might be legitimate. To repeat from before it does not matter that Behre Dolbear has no opinion of effectiveness and reliability of the process as they weren't asked to evaluate it.

But most importantly, so what if the industry has not yet accepted the process. Not that long ago the industry did not accept heap leaching either. Ledoux has been asked to evaluate the process. The industry respects Ledoux. If Ledoux signs of on the process a lot of people in the industry will be very interested in having a look. Just because the ASE is stuck in a 'Happy Days' time warp of technology doesn't mean the rest of the industry isn't prepared to look at new processes if a referee lab signs off on them.
