Qdog:

I spoke at length with Mark Roberts (the analyst @Everen) last Friday. To be candid, I was not expecting much, with Everen being something of a second-tier firm, but was actually quite impressed. In a prior life, Mark was the CFO of a trucking company that did business with QC's Omnitracs division and he also participated in the company's original underwriting. His breadth of experience with management is helpful and his investment perspective was carefully thought out and well researched.

Mark is positive on CDMA for cellular and PCS and additionally thinks that the Street has materially underestimated the wireless local loop (WLL) opportunity. His perspective is also pleasantly bereft of the tired emotionalism that characterizes much of the Street commentary at this juncture. It is also extremely refreshing to run across an analyst who thinks like an investor rather than a stock trader (and there is a BIG difference). In any event, if any of you have an institutional or retail relationship with Everen, I would strongly suggest you read his piece.

Best Regards,

Gregg
