Dave:

Just some profit taking. Remember that on 2/23/98 ABMI closed at 0.31 and today at 0.59. That's still just about a 100% increase or 200% markup (however you look at it) in less then a month. This is going to happen as the stock continues to climb.

Just my opinion,

Bill Fortune III

I think we are seeing some manipulation of the stock price. That is to say that while there certainly is some honest profit taking happening today that is not all that was happening.

There were several large blocks sold below the bid today.

Look at the chart today and you will see over 50,000 shares dumped say 15 minutes before the close?

quote.yahoo.com

There was some strange trading going on today. Selling below the bid.
When I noticed this earlier in the day I posted about it over at Yahoo.

By 11:41 Eastern time I had already noticed this happening for at least the second time during the early morning trades:

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

What was happening I could not understand why the stock would trade below the bid?

Both at Yahoo and at Fidelity with the real time quotes I saw the stock trading below the bid at .59 when it was bid .61 and the ask .63. This was more than just one trade!

Could it have been normal profit taking? I suppose but I still think someone was manipulating the stock. A market maker or a day trader?

I can't say for sure because I don't know who was unloading shares. Perhaps it was someone just getting rid of some large blocks with their broker who was undercutting the market and taking a larger
commission?

It could be someone wanting to turn the stock south for a number of reasons.

Dave in my opinion you should hang on to your shares. I don't think ABMI is done going higher. Yes there will be some strange trading days. There will even be down days. Still like Bill said it's doubled in less than 3 weeks.

So some people have an actual profit to take and we can't stop them.

Some people are going to get scared the next time the stock starts to sell off and will panic out of their positions.

I hope none of us do that any time soon.

Repeat after me Dave: This is not OZON, This is not OZON, This is not OZON.

Go ABMI

Regards, Jeff
