Hey everyone....

STARPOINT GOLDFIELDS INC. ("STS-V")

- Gold & Diamond Concessions In Democratic Republic Of Congo

F. R. Ilott, President of Starpoint Goldfields is pleased to advise that the initial work on the Company's Ngayu West Concession, and in particular, the area known as Mambati, has been completed. Consulting Geologist Gordon Richards, P.Eng. advises from the field that samples have been collected from the main target defined as a 7 km long by 300 metre zone. As reported in previous releases, the Mambati Zone is underlain by Archean greenstone belts containing numerous quartz veins. Alluvial gold production from this area has been estimated at 916 kg and eluvial gold production at 427 kg (Lavreau, 1979). Richards reports that he is encouraged by the multiple vein structure. He also reports that there are approximately 1,000 locals working on the property with rudimentary equipment.

The Company will advise on the next stage of the exploration once the assay results of the collected samples have been received.
