Exactly an excellent point.... ESVS Meets NASD Compliance! The co. promised an 8K to be properly filed and sure enough it was, Where's the deception? Nice to see the co. in Full compliance FROM 8K... As a result of the Transactions, and as reflected in the PRO FORMA balance sheet included herein, Management of the Registrant believes it now meets or exceeds all of the net tangible asset requirements for continued listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market.
