SAP is clearly focusing on SFA. As part of their SCOPE initiative, they're going after four things -- one of which is SFA. It will include a pricing engine, a sales configuration engine, and applications for opportunity management, proposals/orders, customer/prospect management, and query and workflow support. Other info on www.sap.com. Looks like they will have deliverables in Q4 -- still a year out.
