Mr. Tingleff,

I believe the wording meant to be...."payroll, financing, and IT placements..."

They are getting better at the proofreading but not quite there yet!

Nonetheless.......

Taking a nap now

Actually, Mr Jens, "payroll financing" is indeed the financing of payrolls for other staffing companies.

EXAMPLE:
Say a staffing company (Company ABC) gets a contract with a large company (Company XYZ) to provide 100 temporary employees for 1 week at $8 per hour.

That would be about $32,000 in payroll that Company ABC has to pay out at the end of the week to the 100 "temps." But Company ABC is not a large staffing service and they don't have the $32,000 in available cash flow to pay out and wait the 30 Days till Company XYZ pays them.

This is where Firamada Payroll Financing Division comes in.

FAMH Payroll Div lends the $32,000 to Company ABC and charges a very high interest rate (or service fee) for this "30 Day loan."

FAMH Payroll Div has an underwriter that "insures" the payment from Company ABC based on underwriting guidelines so FAMH has virtually no risk.

Very high profit with little to no risk.

This is a simplified example, but that's how I understand it.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Brad
