Thank you for your response. I am glad to hear that he is aware of the risk, and that he has put in place some protective measures that allow for BCAM to buy back the investment. I would feel better if he would have disclosed the full text of the conditions that govern the buyback. I don't think it matters so much who owns the convertibles, since they could be transferred to a third party. In any case, I would like to learn a little more about the "fundamental story" behind this company. Do you or anyone else on this thread have any information or research reports that you can e-mail or fax to me? I'm getting ready to place my initial buy, but I'd like to have more info....... I know charts are not reliable with $1 stocks, but if you look at the 1 year chart, it looks like we are in a symmetrical triangle and heading to the apex-----will it break out up or down?????
