Hi You All,

Not taking sides, but were we not told that the acquisition would consist of 2.5 million shares, $350,000 cash, and $1.5 million in debt. As you have all seen, the release took the $1.5 million debt to $4.3 million. Nothing was mentioned about the additional $350,000 or the 2.5 million shares. Initially we talking of a combined $2.6 million dollars ($.30 x 2.5 million shares = $750,000). Now at todays prices plus the increase we are looking at $6,275,000 ($4.3 million IRS debt, $350,000 cash and 2.5 million shares at $.65($1,625,000).

The numbers are there as they were presented. FAMH needs to be more accurate with their figures or do not release them.
