At one time TokyoMex visited this thread and suggested that NETZ was printing shares to make acquisitions.

As it stands right now I would agree. NETZ has been putting more shares into the float to soften the blow on the aquisition cash funds. It also means that the valuation of each share is weakened.

It is a given that we as investors will not receive the timely notification of increase in float via Edgar filings for some time yet. Beceause of this I am going to assume that Zulu intends to fully exploit the 65 mil limit stated in the ESVS 8-k.

If it ever comes to a full merger between NETZ and ESVS it is also resonable to assume that one ESVS share will represent several NETZ shares. This means that investors in NETZ will get their piece of the pie shrunk with a merger. That would explain why ESVS has gone up so sharply - it is a better investment right now.
