I agree, James. We're not that far apart. I just refuse to put anything more than 15 - 20% in equities right now, period. I'm that scared.

Please do not talk about fishing. It disturbs me, as a worm, I find the topic very offensive. Let's use kinder terms like hunting. Bottom Hunting, much better. If you like bottom hunting then I can tell you a little thing I noticed. A service I use has a charting engine with an automatically adjusted price axis. The engine does a wonderful job of changing all the close ticks, which are red, to a baseline when the stock has established one, one day it is random red ticks, then one day it all comes together as a nice line. Really helps when you bottom hunt. Of course, as you said, the line often takes another plunge.
