From my own experience corporate buyers are trying to keep multimedia, CDROM and other attributes of a high-end PC out of the purchasing stream. Managements want utilitarian tools, not entertainment centers. Also, the fancy graphics is limited to high-end UNIX-based workstations or special purpose engineering PCs networked via windows NT server. The PCs are migrating toward a thin client architecture with core enterprise data being kept under configuration control at the server IMO. Dave
