I have been monitoring DGIV while IDTC, and other VoIP companies were soaring in the past 6 mo.

I believe that DGIV already realized the regulations on Voice Over Internet in some countries. The beauty of DGIV's market strategy is that it focuses on the baby bells partners in these countries. Seems to me DGIV's top management has vision in regard to this.

Like the pending deals with Russia, Indonesia, ..etc. are some good examples(look at DGIV news).
DGIV has Internet gateways machines available and also provides call termination in U.S as well.

DGIV is in the position better than FTEL in term of marketing consideration(Although I own FTEL also). Penetrating to the end-users/service market is better than only providing Gateway machines(at least at the present time). When you think it deep, you get the clue. good luck

A 24 lines machine is sold for about 10k, but a machine can generate
500k for service in a yr. right?! AT&T, MCI, SPRING may have long term problem in term of maintaining their profit margin to feed all their work force.
