Big Hawg Farmer, yeah CVIA did'nt perform like I thought it would yesterday, but I am allowing for 20 to 30% curve for different variables. The 3mil + trade at the close is one I think a MM directly bought from another MM to increase inventory (cross trade)... below the ask/bid price and the reason it was absorbed so fast <JMHO>

Look at post 2412 yesterdays MMs line up... look at the spreads also look hard at the brokers AMET MHMY NFSC PGON and SHRP, its pretty obvious one of them are handling a large amount of the stock and have big inventories, so they are selling as fast and hard as they can.

But also look at the other MM's and their spreads, as it seems they are sitting on the sidelines, with higher prices. This tells me they are doing a "favor for their other MM buddies" and letting the guys with the big inventories sale first at lower prices.

Also note the rest have their prices set higher than .03, very very bullish sign to me... because the MMs they are "doing favors" for... will then let them step in and take over at higher prices once this Reg S is fully absorbed.
These MMs should be familiar names to any one in BB stocks, and they work togather alot, so I would be surprised to see any of them disrupting the others play over a .02 or .03 stock.

I have'nt seen todays MM line up but I am willing to bet that there will be less MMs selling at the .02 range today than there was yesterday, and once the last .02 MMs unload their inventories, onto .03 non stop for sure.

All things considered, before the merger news I think the points of resistance will be .04 to .05.

After the merger news I think the points of resistance will be .09 and .21. Once additional mergers are announced I'll add a 25% uptrend to the price, per merger.

My Exit points? I have'nt given it much consideration, I am averaged at .02, so I am almost ahead now, why worry about exit points? (I don't think CVIA will ever see .02 again after the Reg S is sold into the float, unless the merger falls apart)
If you have a stock with positive momentum why not save some brokers fees and ride the momentum? I will probably pull my intitial cash out lay out in the .1_ range, and let the rest ride.

But I am not an investment advisor, so do what makes you happy with your investment. I was wrong yesterday, so I might be wrong with these projections, up until Friday my AVC per share was .0325 <lol>

By the way what is a Hawg Farmer? a plant animal or a motorcycle farmer? and how big do you grow them ? <g>
