Most block sales and buys (as large as 950,000 shares) have been done today. It seems the price was settling at $8 in the morning (this was the price at which many insiders recently bought), but more panic sale ensued. Purely from a supply-demand point of view, the stock will move up a little, unless more skeletons are revealed in IOM closet (which is unlikely, given the insiders purchases).

IOM was shooting for a profitable quarter via heavy advertisement; but macro-factors (like Asian problems) did not generate the extra sales they were targeting; they in stead landed up with the advertising expenditures. It was simply a bad calculation (with hind sight) which may not persist. JMO.
