RR - the intelligent investor would not "invest" in ACRT at a price greater than book value. Waiting for answers - I actually posted this question multiple times over the past month. Since there was no answer, I gave it an answer. Now that "investors" are expressing legitimate concern, the answers have come, and I thank you for helping. I am getting a sense of the magnitude of the stock dilution problem. I still don't understand why they are paying with stock if the stock is undervalued, and getting more valuable. Dan
