Being an email psychiatrist IS my day job Richard. As for my opinion that this is MY thread, don't flatter yourself that you know what I think. The LAST thing in the world I wish to own (next to Iomega stock) is this thread.

<<I entered this info in response to a ridiculous statement by Steve who stated IOM
stated earnings would be flat right after IOM reported over the wire services that
they would have terrible losses. Why hide it? Aren't we here for information? I don't
want the bullxxxx.!! Regardless of your opinion this is not YOUR THREAD so I do
have a right to repeat whatever I feel is necessary. >>

The question Steve answered was whether REVENUES on 1Q 1998 were flat with 4Q 1997 or 1Q 1997. Different services (Reuters and Business wire) reported different comparisons. Steve did us a service by calling investor relations and finding the correct comparisons.

Of course with increased expenses, R&D, and the huge advertising campaign, earnings will be negative. I don't understand why Steve saying that REVENUES were flat from 1Q 1997 to 1Q 1998 is bullshit, when this is true. Why do you want to lie to us?

And, yes, you have a right to say whatever you want on this thread, no matter how stupid it makes you look.

But, you look like a total fool saying something wrong and then demanding the right to repeat your stupid errors.
