Jim - I agree with you that << 144 sales should have no effect on a company's income statement>>. My question is: "from an investor's analysis point of view - Maybe it should?" Maybe Squirmy, Stinky, and Spazz have figured out a way to bill the costs to new stock, while booking only revenue on the income statement? Have they built a perpetual motion machine? Yea team, it's peace in our time!!

You've highlighted the problem quite nicely. If ACRT has used letter stock to purchase stuff, isn't that the same as paying out shareholder equity for that stuff? Now they might have bought really good stuff. Stuff that's worth more than the stock exchanged. So we should all dance in the street. However, I suspect from their PR over the past 6-8 months, if it were that good, they would have told us. Mitch would have snitched to one of you fine folks. No, I think that they want to keep these costs off the income statement to fool boomers like Jonathan Steinberg.

Thank you for posting the information. For some reason my Vickers subscription doesn't bring this up.

What do you think is special about Dayton, Ohio? Do they have TAD farms in Montgomery County? I do know that the State of Ohio says "the heart of it all" on its license plates. Do you think that Ricearoni should bang out a few?

Eternally grateful,

Dan

Excellent work, Mr. Frost. John Chew's employer, Ponte Verde sold stock as did a company located at the same address as ACRT at 7 Penn Station.

Something stinks.
