Yes. I'm a utility regulator. PUCs (Public Utility Commissions) have no guts, especially out east. Companies get almost everything they file for in rate cases. Gas is the best right now, out the the four. 10 - 12% guaranteed on your money. Who gives a rip if they get bought or not?

I'm precluded from such investments in my current job. I see how well these guys are doing in Missouri where they only get some of the more insane things thrown out when they file for a rate case. I know it's worse (better if you're an investor) out east.

NYMXF up 108% today on news it has found a major cause of Alzheimer's disease.

biz.yahoo.com

Problem is its drugs, while promising, are only in test tube and animal testing phase -- no human testing yet.

Conservatively, I'm looking for it to drop 15% within two to three months.

I am considering it as a short play, after allowing a day or two for the general public to read the news and get in. Mohan, Bonnie and others, I wonder what your thoughts are and what strategy ideas you might have.
