Riechers. No, end user business customers do not care if the buy thru a reseller. In fact many prefer to buy direct from the mfg. But since all CPQ end-user business customers currently purchase thru one of 7 large resellers (these 7 acct for like 70 or 80% of CPQs biz in the US)... could you (or anyone reading for that matter) thumbnail a high level plan for us that would move that business away from resellers to CPQ direct (i.e. CTO model), without any disruption to earnings. do they do it all at once and overnight, or draw it out painfully over time. Don't spend too much time or fret if you get caught up in some very nasty little issues, because Earl the Pearl and Eckhard, don;t have a plan either!!! Jason
