I am totally disgusted. I thought this company would be able to grow revenues, as it was able to throughout last year. I thought Zip would continue to be included in more new computers. I thought the Zip might one day replace the floppy.

I guess I was wrong. I may sell most or all of my position now.

Brendan

"No one should buy this stock"

Shouldn't this mean the stock price should be zero?

<No one should buy this stock for it is certainly going down from here. How far...who knows?>

From: Message 3237967 :

Price = (eps * 5) + 7

Thus we see if IOM had posted no earnings, and instead spent the whole $36M bucks on price reductions and advertizing, tomorrow, it would only go down to 7. Yet they would have clinched the floppy replacement race for sure. It's not too late to try it. What do we have to lose but 2 more bucks off the share price.

So IOM is now priced for $0.00 earnings this year. If it gets down to 5 1/2, it will be priced for -0.30 eps this year. Now I'm finally getting the hang of this!
