The issue here is that you insinuate that insiders are selling.
That is simply not true. Go read the link I provided. You'll see
it could be shares from former employees, received as bonuses.
They could be shares awarded to consultants etc. They by virtue of being filed on form 144 are small quantities by in this case outsiders. Total of shares between 11 filings around the holidays was 165,000. Since December only one 144 filed in February for 2,176 shares. These shares could have been held for years and with run up in the fall people took profit. I don't see a case for dilution. What I do see is the insiders holding on.
