Thanks for raising a good set of questions. I do not think anyone knows for sure what the answers to these questions are, because they relate to the future. These questions represent the risk/reward relationship. If the resolutions to these questions (including the case with Nomai) are favorable for IOM, the price will perhaps double. If not, IOM's price will depend on earnings/revenues they will show in future including the exact numbers to be announced in April.

I can say one thing for sure: The current price is a reflection of the current information (including today's panic) and it does not tell what exactly the future information and/or price will be. In the short run, the price may (IMO) recover to 8, absent bad news, given the panic I watched today. This will be purely a correction (DCB?) for the panic which I assume existed today.
