Marc,

If they hadn't issued those shares and warrants and raised all that cash, which they appear to not have any good use for, I agree, the earnings would have looked great! However, the immediate 33% dilution (and another 3 million shares down the road) kills them. Nobody gives you a multiple on CASH, only on EARNINGS. IMHO, I think the stock would be higher if they had never done that wacky offering.

One of the things that bothers me about NTAIF is
the 'bass ackwards' way of doing things. It
seems to me that you should at least have a good
idea of what youre going to do w/the money before
getting a war chest.

IMHO, NTAIF did it because someone told them it
was a good time to--not because there were any
acquisitions immediately contemplated.

Hope I'm wrong.

I suppose Nam Tai might have meant at least six months to "yield results", meaning show up in their sales and earnings. For this to occur, they would have to announce some deals sooner. Hard to believe they can't find a company to buy with all that cash.
