I agree with you about M. H. Meyerson. Look for HNLY to have a drop in stock price just before an announcement from now on. Anyone wanting to know more should look at the MHMY thread. It's old news but new news here..

Byron, two points:

1) Is there someplace you can point us concerning the past practices you are alleging MH-Meyerson engages in....I for one would like to know just how notorious they are, and

2) Nice profile page.

Regards,

RH

I agree with you that it would be nice to know the number of warrants involved in the "investment banking" deal, and what the terms and conditions of the warrants are.

So far as I can tell, HNLY now had made at least two acquisitions (Magra and MC Technologies) plus this warrant deal -- without publicly disclosing the terms of the deals. The entire capital structure of HNLY remains a mystery.

Can you imagine running a company and not telling your shareholders how much you paid for a company you bought?

I'm not going to try and guess what will be in the upcoming SEC filing, except to say I imagine we're going to see a heck of a lot of dilution.
