My hope is that it has finally grown enough to stop being only a good trading stock and has finally gotten to the growth stock catagory. It appears to have great potential.

Lin, lots of reasons for those moves, and lots of rumors too. Well, this is a growth stock, with phenomenal management, growing rapidly.
The moves were due to the fact that HLIT is not glamorous, and got a little ahead of itself on a fundamental basis.

As much as people don't like to believe it, history shows you are right. In the past, these big price swings happened in combination of news and manipulation through well timed rumor and buy or sell programs. All of these moves seemed to be timed around options expiration.

It's a hard thing to swallow, but small float, low volume stocks are regularly manipulated. Still, I understand why Tim is a die hard supporter. When you look at the future of this market and the quality of HLIT and their product offering, you could never imagine this could happen, but history does speak for itself.

I hope you are right and we see a strong move, but looking at the current options situation, I find it rather uninterested. There are 656 contracts against a close over 12 1/2 on Friday. They may well hold back any rise if there is no news to get us past this hump.

Going forward next week, I hope HLIT will trade up following some of the other stocks in this group. So far it seems to be lagging. I like HLIT's prospects and being at the low end of the trading range, it's probably a good stock to own. Whether you can make a killing in 2 weeks is another story.

Regards,

Mark
