Bill, you are right but you may be wrong also.
Yes, every ISP will become a tiny telephone company if they want to.
, but they need to team up with others to make a network, right?
But DGIV has money now($60 mil at least) to lay this digital network.
That is reason why I said their top management has vision.
Don't forget ISP need to get T1 and phone lines from bady bell, like Pacbell or others. DGIV work with these bady bells, not tiny bell(ISP). If some overseas government do not allow their ISP to do VoIP business, they can do nothing, but DGIV can becasue DGIV team up with local government's bady bell( at least), too much to discuss.

Too much good thing about DGIV's strategy, I long no matter what.
