Grim, Auto companies rarely sell higher than 7 times their expected peak earnings in the cycle. What do you think peak earnings for MU will be over the next two three years? If you feel that $5/share is in the future, go ahead and pay $35 share. The danger with MU is that if they do not get a turn for the better soon, in a year (at the current rate) they will be out of money and nowhere to go for more cash. I think, however, that before that happens, there will be reduction in DRAM capacity worldwide and eventually MU might survive. Note, the critical word is "MIGHT".
